Group Life and Accidental Insurance

Coverage:

• Life insurance benefit

  If the insured employee passes away due to sickness or an accident within the coverage period, their legal beneficiary will receive the life insurance benefit in a lump sum payment.

• Benefit for death, injury, and disability due to accident

  If the insured employee sustains a bodily injury or passes away due to an accident within the coverage period, we will pay the benefit to the employee or their legal beneficiary according to the provisions concerned.

• Total and permanent disability benefit

  If the insured employee is deemed completely and permanently unable to engage in any occupation, or perform gainful work related to their education, training, or experience for remuneration or profit, as a result of an accidental bodily injury or sickness before they turn 65, and remains disabled for six uninterrupted months, we will pay the life insurance benefit to the employee in advance.

  Critical illness benefit

• If the insured employee is diagnosed by a physician with one or more than one of the critical illnesses listed in the policy provisions within the coverage period and before reaching age 65, in that case, we will pay the benefit upon receipt of due proof of such illness(es), according to the provisions concerned.
